Ok- I missed the Boat- Obama Won
I have taken a lot of heat these last couple of moths because of my predictions in writing that Obama could not be elected president. Ok, I missed that one but feel good about my reasons. I also did- in a seeming contridiction- endorse him on my radio show. Why? Because McCain was just to scary.
Obama won because he never once reminded whites that he was Black. That was something no one could have foreseen before picking a winner. Or that the media would blow him up like a rock star. That being said. If you can’t beat’em, join’em! All hail the chief!!!
Still Believe No Black President
I went out on a limb and declared that Obama would not win the Presidency. I still believe that. In the end, the media and the voters will not elect a Black. Not even one they put forward or who brings no Black issues.
Obama’s Complete Sellout!
Barack’s sellout is complete. He has stooped to attacking his own Blackness. He is doing what the right-wing has always done- attacked the Black father. You go boy.
I Still Say America Will Not Elect a Black
It sure looks good for Barack right now. I can’t see how he can lose the Presidency. Still, this is America. They will find a way to take it from him. Even though Obama is a pure media creation, he has not at all spoke to the issues of Black people and that is why they love him. Getting elected is another thing.
Obama and Big Money
How anyone who considers themselves Black Intellectuals can support Barack Obama is mind-blowing. He is everything a corporate democrat is. He has taken more money from Wall Street than most- if not all- of the presidential candidates this year. He discusses nothing of interest to Blacks and the corporate owned media promotes him.
Beyond that, America is an imperial power and why would a man of the people want to lead that? It is like being the head of a corrupt business. You have to go to the stock holders to make change. That today is the people and Barack is not there. He is in corporate Americas’ pockets. Shame on every Black movement person or intellectual who is going along with this.
Obama Moves Closer to White House
Ok, I predicted in the beginning that America will not elect a Black or a woman. So far I am batting .500
I still do not believe Obama will win the general election. History has shown that no matter how in vogue you are or how much we like a winner, at the end of the day, a Blackman is still a Blackman.
